I recently purchased this item for Baby #2 after my Philips Advent Bottle Sterilizer needed to be replaced after Baby #1. I do not know how I lived without the Dr. Brown's Sterilizer and Dryer - it is digital, dries the bottles, and is more compact than the Philips one without sacrificing sanitation space! I would highly recommend to new moms!

The only problem I had with this item was with Walmart customer service. When I first ordered this item I was unable to pick it up the same day. Apparently Walmart classifies this item as a grocery item, and a return was initiated by the store and the item was restocked. It then took Walmart 11 days to refund the money, so I did not feel comfortable reordering until I was sure the refund would go through. So if you are ordering as a pick up item, keep in mind that Walmart has classified this as a grocery item, which is completely stupid.

I got this a few wild before giving birth to my firstborn, but had so much baby stuff, I didn’t get around to opening it right away. First few weeks, I was boiling bottles and leaving them on a rack to dry before trying this product. Once I tried this out, I was kicking myself for not using it sooner! Very efficient for bottle sterilizing AND drying! I only removed one star because I lost the measuring cup after a few months of use & can’t seem to find it online. I’m currently experimenting different amounts of water, but the machine will not run with the exact recommended amount so I am at a bit of a loss.

Still an amazing product overall! (Hope they come out with a bottle washer next! Lol)

Love love this! Literally use it several times a day. The shape tucks away nicely on the counter, it’s extremely simple to use, quiet, fast and reliable. I love that the automatic feature is for both drying and sanitizing but you have the option to use either one separately as well. My only wish is that the nipples fit better- I feel like they’re too big for the top section and when I put them in the bottom section with the bottles they don’t fit easily. Other than that, love it!

I just bought this thing about 3 weeks ago and it is already burned at the bottom plate. I used this item just like how it says in the book and fill the cup to the fill line and use bottled water, not tap because it says that tap water wears it out faster. And I use it this way 2 times a day on the setting of sterilize and dry and it's worn out. Plus on "auto" setting, it takes like 45 minutes to sterilize and dry and when I use my cheaper one, it only takes about 9 minutes to do the same thing and hasn't burned out. I just can't use that cheaper one because it isn't tall enough to hold the dr brown anti colic bottles.
